Chase Williams was the fitness director in the corporate world. All was well, but she still had a desire to step out on her own. She knew God had given her a calling and a passion. The COVID shutdown allowed her the time to turn that passion into action! Amen!
This is part two of a great two part interview!Do you focus only on helping women to get into the routine of working out?
Do you focus on helping female business executives or stay at home moms? Who is the primary person that you are helping?
What is the “3M” method on habits and routine building?
You do A LOT even prior to your kids waking up in the morning. Can you briefly share with us the importance of making TIME for yourself before you start charging into your day?
How do you help your clients to “stick with it” until it becomes a natural part of their day that they just do not want to mess with?
You help them by teaching them how to use their Faith as the center of everything. You call it the “Ripple Effect.” What is the “Ripple Effect” and how does this apply to their life, health and business?
You use the term, “Household of Health.” I love that phrase! Can you explain that for us?
