Crypto Currency for Christians  Jeremy Britton pt 2

I know a lot of people listening right now have been hit hard by the recession coupled with ever rising inflation that has been going on this past year. I also know a lot of people who may have been planning on retiring soon have taken a huge hit in their retirement accounts.

I know of some folks that retired and now have to go back to work.

One of the things that has been in news lately is Crypto Currency. We’ve all heard of BitCoin by now. There are many, many others. I’ve invested in some as well and seen that investment drop like a rock in this economy, too.

Then there is all of the bad news recently concerning some major crypto exchanges having issues.

So, what should a Christian do when it comes to Crypto Currency? Is it the “mark of the beast?” Is it something that should be avoided? Is it something that can help us accumulate wealth?

To help us answer some of these questions, I’ve invited someone who is uniquely qualified to provide us some guidance in this area to be our guest today.

Jeremy Britton is from down under in Australia and has 25 years of experience in financial planning, entrepreneurship and financial markets. Jeremy is a value investor who loves innovative technology that helps people to have a better life. He is an award-winning best-selling author of several books on finance and business and, Jeremy was one of only four people in the financial market who warned of the 9/11/2001 market crash, the 2008 GFC and the 2020 pandemic crash giving his clients up to two years warning before they occurred! Amen!

Jeremy also co-founded the world’s FIRST diversified crypto mutual fund back in 2016! He is the author of several books such as, “Who’s Taking Your  Money? – and How to Get Some of it Back)!  Amen! So he should be able to tell us a thing or two about this subject today. Amen!

You had a heart attack at the ripe old age of 33. Did that just happen to occur during one of the financial crisis that hit the world?

I had a chance to purchase BitCoin, I want to say about 2012 or so, I know it was just after I retired. BitCoin was $37 at that time. I was looking at the charts and I thought, “It went from $0.30 cents to $37. Yeah, this isn’t going to go anywhere…”  Boy, do I kick myself now.  I guess the question I have for you is, “Is BitCoin dead?” Or will it make a comeback?

I’ve heard the term, “Decentralized Finance” or “DeFi” – what is that and is it good or bad?

You were part of the first diversified crypto mutual fund way back in 2016. So Crypto has been around awhile, correct?

We’ve seen the news concerning FTX and some other Crypto Exchanges. Aren’t those like stock exchanges, that manage mutual funds and things like that, which you started back in 2016? How did that affect your business?

Explain for us how the average person today can utilize crypto currency to obtain wealth and as part of our long term financial plans…

Hello. My name is TS Wright, and I am the voice of the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast and author/TV host of the God Centered Concept.

For the past 33 years I have been involved in Christian ministry. Ranging from ministry, teaching and coaching in both public and private high schools and college, I have worked with students, athletes and adults from all walks of life. I have been involved with a host of Christian organizations included but not limited to CRU, FCA and other outreach & church affiliated ministries. Also being ordained in Christian ministry and being both a biblical and historical scholar I have focused on Discipleship, Biblical truth, prophecy & historical theology. I have also authored 4 books, a journal and a devotional series which are all now in the editing phase.

In 2003 and 2004 the Lord cast a series of visions on my life as to what would become the God Centered Concept.

In 2016, the Lord called me to start writing.

In 2019, He cast another series of visions that has led me to now.

In 2023, I was led to starting Podcasting and through divine intervention found Pastor Bob. I became a frequent guest speaker on the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast and being led by the Lord I have taken ownership of the Podcast.

I welcome all of you who are a part of the Kingdom Cross Roads community as well as everyone who is just joining our community as we continue to work to advance the Gospel and spark a Great Harvest.
