Subject matter is her book Angels – The Discovery. This book represents the FIRST BOOK in a coming series of books.

Angels – The Discovery represents several years of, what she calls, “Blood, sweat and tears” to get completed and published. This is a story that will inspire young readers and beyond…it will help to diminish the fear or dying. It will provide hope concerning life after death and help them to understand that God has assigned angels all around us for protection from unseen dangers.

Chanel Walker-Bailey is an author, motivational speaker and internet television personality on several different platforms. She is passionate and driven about beating the odds of her past and challenges herself to always experience different things.  She has a passionate heart for people who are hurting with similar struggles that she has conquered, endured and overcome. She longs to encourage, motivate and inspire others to enhance their outlook on life. She views failing as an opportunity to try again and doing something different while considering the lessons learned. She writes poetry, spiritual fiction, and self-help articles on various life topics. She believes that we currently live in a world where what is “truly real” is being replaced by a sense of a false reality.  And, to be honest, we can see this on television, in advertisements, on the radio and trending things on the internet.  A great divide and imbalance of what should morally matter is being established over time and it IS affecting all generations.  Chanel hopes her writing will serve as an open forum to gather the sentiments of others who share some of these topics of concern.

Help me welcome to the program, Chanel Walker-Bailey. Chanel, thank you so much for coming on the program today! I’m excited about what we will be talking about today!

Chanel, you penned this book, and I take it the series also, under a pen name, Starr Lee Bryant. Why?

I have to ask, where did you get the inspiration for this type of story?

Why a series? Why not just get it all together in one book – and then go on to the next?

Let me ask you, why do you feel THIS STORY can give an important message to the world?

Who is your target audience? Who is you are trying to reach?

Now, you had your main character, Fraser, go through, basically, “angel training” in this book. I love it. Tell us about the first time Fraser got to see his family and how much they had changed from before his death…I’ll tell you, I was especially moved by when his mother sensed he was there! That was awesome! I could tell the story about when my grandmother died (I was raised by my grandparents) and I had an experience something along those lines…but anyway – YOU tell us what happened with Fraser.

What do you hope your readers will take away from this book? What is the one major point you are trying to get them to consider?

Now, I am an author and I know the great feeling of finally pushing that button that says “publish.” For you – what was the most rewarding aspect of finally becoming a published author with this book?

Now, you are a professional public speaker. Are you considering doing a book tour to promote your book in churches or things like that? It seems to me this would be “natural” for youth conferences and things like that?

When will the next book in the series be published? Have you already started on the manuscript?

Can you give us some tidbits of how Fraser develops in his skills over time? Or are you going to leave us in suspense so we have to have you back on?
