Ken is the author of several books on strategic planning and spiritual development, including his latest book, “The Financial Black Belt’s Financial Self Defense Training Guide,” which we will be discussing today.

Ken applies his skills at financial management in order to help others to develop strategies to create financial stability. With a degree in Business Administration and Management and over 30 years of experience in corporate America, plus many of working as a strategic analyst, Ken is positioned to help others overcome the stresses of life and the pressure of financial problems. Ken is a Maryland native, a US Army and Maryland National Guard veteran and a devoted, loving husband and father.

Ok, Ken, I always start off with this as the first question for every guest. We have new listeners that may not have heard your prior interview (and if that is you, for a deeper understanding on the background of Ken Rupert, listen to episodes 452 & 453 in our archives). So, other than that short bio I read, tell us in your own words, “Who is Ken Rupert.”
First, I want you to tell us a little bit about your “Financial Black Belt system.” I love the name. How did you come up with that and why?
How long have you been helping people with their financial strategies?
Now, let’s jump into the release of your new book, “The Financial Black Belts’ Financial Self Defense Training Guide.” How is this different from your other books?
You recently started the “Financial Black Belt Academy.” How is this different from what you were doing before?
How can a person decide that is what truly need? They are used to knowing “what they want” and are told to “go get it now & pay for it later.”
You recently did very well in a competition called “The Hood College Pitch Competition.” First, tell us what the competition is all about, how you qualified and then what the results were.
In today’s society, uncertainty is the only certain thing we can count on. How can someone get control, take control and keep control of their finances?
What are some of the more common financial hurdles that people try to attain but continue to run into roadblocks and problems?
You talk about studying Billionaires. What is one strategy that you teach that you discovered Billionaires are doing? Arbatrage(difference between stock price and promised price in merger and acquisitions). Options Contracts(get paid a premium for the opportunity without actually purchasing or selling stocks).
How are you marketing your Academy training?
Who would make your “ideal client” for your training program?
