One of the major problems many CEO’s have in running their business, is running the business. It may seem that is all they are doing. Family suffers. Relationships suffer. Their Faith suffers. These CEO’s usually have no confident that they can unload their burdens with. They must always appear to be in charge and confident.

This can take a toll on their life and family.

My guest today is Skylar Lewis, who knows this all too well. And he decided to create a challenging leadership program that will bring these leaders back to reality. Back to the place they realize they are created for greatness.

Skylar Lewis has built multiple multi-million dollar companies and has mastered the art of systemizing businesses. His book which is in pre-launch, “The 2 Day a Week CEO,” describes his journey from being consumed in the business to creating an incredibly profitable company that is run by its employees.

Skylar is the CEO of Superior Restoration, Rise Up Kings and Overnight Branding. Superior Restoration is a $10M company that operates on its own.

And then, we have “Rise Up Kings.” This is a three day Faith-based business boot camp and professional network of Christian business owners to help men become more intentional with God. The program has now helped men in over 40 states.

First question I always ask is this. Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Skylar Lewis?”

Your journey took you from being broke to becoming the CEO of two multi-million dollar companies. How did you find your calling to help others become intentional with their lives through “Rise Up Kings?”

Your clients are mainly CEO’s and business owners. Why is it important for them to be able to collaborate and network and bond at your event?

You tell your clients that we are here to walk a passage in life. And that passage is not meant to be easy. Can you explain what you mean by that statement?

One of the problems you have identified and go over in your program is that people are taught to avoid conflict. To avoid pain and to seek comfort. How does “Rise Up Kings” help to change that mindset?

Hello. My name is TS Wright, and I am the voice of the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast and author/TV host of the God Centered Concept.

For the past 33 years I have been involved in Christian ministry. Ranging from ministry, teaching and coaching in both public and private high schools and college, I have worked with students, athletes and adults from all walks of life. I have been involved with a host of Christian organizations included but not limited to CRU, FCA and other outreach & church affiliated ministries. Also being ordained in Christian ministry and being both a biblical and historical scholar I have focused on Discipleship, Biblical truth, prophecy & historical theology. I have also authored 4 books, a journal and a devotional series which are all now in the editing phase.

In 2003 and 2004 the Lord cast a series of visions on my life as to what would become the God Centered Concept.

In 2016, the Lord called me to start writing.

In 2019, He cast another series of visions that has led me to now.

In 2023, I was led to starting Podcasting and through divine intervention found Pastor Bob. I became a frequent guest speaker on the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast and being led by the Lord I have taken ownership of the Podcast.

I welcome all of you who are a part of the Kingdom Cross Roads community as well as everyone who is just joining our community as we continue to work to advance the Gospel and spark a Great Harvest.
